In this section, you can find more information on your top audience groups. It also gives you the best ways to target them.

• Select the audience group you are interested in
• You’ll see their key demographics and what channels to target them on
• You can also get information on how your historic sales to this group compared with other local Retailers – this lets you know if the group is a big portion of your customer base
• Below the customer profile, there’s a button that takes you to tailored marketing assets for the audience group

Customer heatmap

In this section, there’s also a heatmap showing you where the chosen customer group lives in the area. You’ll find out the percentage of potential customers from the chosen group in each postcode, and how this postcode ranks in your AOI. This helps you know how big of an opportunity there is to sell to this group.
